Outdoor suitability: The aluminium furniture may remain outdoors throughout the year. The cushions can remain in place during the summer season but should be stored indoors when completely dry during winter
Furniture cleaning: Remove loose debris and clean with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth, then rinse. Do not use a pressure washer or alkaline cleaning products
Cushion care: Clean with warm water and non-foaming soap. Zipped covers may be washed at up to 30°C and should be air-dried rather than tumble-dried or placed on a radiator

We deliver across England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Highlands), with delivery costs calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight and destination. Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days, with standard delivery usually taking a further 3–5 working days. Larger items, such as garden furniture, may take a little longer, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date where needed. You can also choose Click & Collect from our Ilkley store.

If you change your mind, most online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving them, with a further 14 days to return unused items, ideally in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply, including plants, perishable and personalised items. Return postage is at your own cost unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
