  • Dog Friendly Policy 

    We are happy to welcome dogs into our store and garden centre, provided they are well-behaved and on a lead at all times, unless they are being carried.

    However, to ensure the safety of all our customers and their pets, we must restrict access to our restaurant and food hall to assistance dogs only. Thank you for your understanding.

Kids Eat Half Price


Bring the whole family to Moss & Moor this summer! From Monday 20th July to Monday 31st August, kids eat half price on our children's menu, Monday to Thursday between 9am and 3pm.

Up to two children under 12 can enjoy a half price main when accompanied by an adult ordering any breakfast or lunch main just quote KEHP26 when you order. It's the perfect excuse for a relaxed family meal in the restaurant. See full terms and conditions for details.

At Moss & Moor, there’s always a delightful reason to indulge in our exquisite afternoon tea, perfect for celebrations, or simply catching up with loved ones.

Join us daily from 2:00pm to 3:30pm, Monday to Saturday, and relish a sumptuous array of finger sandwiches featuring classic fillings. 

Traditional freshly baked fruit scones, served with strawberry jam and clotted cream, alongside an assortment of sweet treats.

Enjoy this exquisite experience for £21.00 per person, or elevate the occasion with a glass of Prosecco for £25.00 per person.

Bookings are available exclusively online and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that bookings are non-refundable, as some ingredients are specially sourced and prepared just for your reservation. We also offer gluten-free and vegetarian options—simply inform us of any dietary requirements when booking, with at least 48 hours’ notice.

Exceptional customer service. We bought a garden seating set with table from M&M 15 months ago, and due to a defect from the manufacturer, the table top began to deteriorate. Jo at Moss & Moor went out of her way to help - finding our original receipt on their system, contacting the manufacturer and arranging a new table top, including fitting (thank you Peter!) in record time. Outstanding customer service, with plenty of communication along the way to tell us what was happening. Really impressed and would buy from them again. Good restaurant too!
