Adventure Babies: Sensory Storytelling – Thursday Winter Term

Join us every Thursday this autumn for Adventure Babies, an award winning sensory storytelling class for babies, toddlers and preschoolers, held right here at Moss & Moor.

Bringing books to life through sensory play, each session is a gentle, engaging adventure designed to support early development through story, sound, texture and movement.

Starts Thursday 5th November, 6 week course, £54

Christmas Sip & Paint Workshop with Craft & Co

Get into the festive spirit with a relaxed morning of painting, chatting and sipping with friends. Sharan from Craft & Co will guide you through decorating your own Christmas ornaments, choosing from a selection of eye-catching designs that are easy and enjoyable to paint, whatever your experience.

Each decoration is handmade by Sharan, cast in eco-resin using silicone moulds and ready for you to bring to life with your own creative touch. You'll leave with unique, one-of-a-kind decorations to hang on your tree or give as a thoughtful handmade gift.

At Moss & Moor, there’s always a delightful reason to indulge in our exquisite afternoon tea—perfect for celebrations or simply catching up with loved ones.

Join us daily from 2:00pm to 3:30pm, Monday to Saturday, and relish a sumptuous array of finger sandwiches featuring classic fillings. Traditional freshly baked fruit scones, served with strawberry jam and clotted cream, accompany an assortment of sweet treats. (Selections may vary.)

Bookings are available exclusively online and must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Please note that bookings are non-refundable, as some ingredients are specially sourced and prepared just for your reservation. Create your own miniature garden under glass in this relaxed, hands-on workshop with our horticultural specialist Oli. You’ll design and plant your own terrarium, learn how to keep it thriving, and pick up the tips and techniques to make more at home.

You & Me Baby Massage

A gentle and welcoming introduction to baby massage, designed to help you and your little one relax, bond and enjoy precious time together.

Our five week course includes a guided session each week, focusing on a different area of the body including legs and feet, tummy, arms and chest, face and back. You will also learn a soothing colic routine and simple baby yoga movements to continue at home.

Each course includes:

Jo at Moss & Moor went out of her way to help - finding our original receipt on their system, contacting the manufacturer and arranging a new table top, including fitting (thank you Peter!) in record time. Outstanding customer service, with plenty of communication along the way to tell us what was happening. Really impressed and would buy from them again. Good restaurant too!
