We have had the pleasure of visiting on a number of times, in particular I would highlight the restaurant for the range and quality offered on the menu. Lovely staff - both in the restaurant and the main shop. Excellent range of plants and other goods too. Some things are a bit pricey, but others are perfectly reasonable, and they often have stuff that's reduced or on sale. A garden centre I can really recommend.

Exceptional customer service. We bought a garden seating set with table from M&M 15 months ago, and due to a defect from the manufacturer, the table top began to deteriorate. Jo at Moss & Moor went out of her way to help - finding our original receipt on their system, contacting the manufacturer and arranging a new table top, including fitting (thank you Peter!) in record time. Outstanding customer service, with plenty of communication along the way to tell us what was happening. Really impressed and would buy from them again. Good restaurant too!

Lovely garden centre and restaurant. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Disabled parking outside the building and the disabled toilets were very clean. Spent around 2 hours looking around.
