Moor Rewards is free to join and is our way of thanking our loyal customers.
Membership includes:
Earn points every time you shop in-store with our points per pound scheme
Monthly offers throughout the store
A birthday gift
Newsletter updates
Entry into a monthly prize draw when you scan your card in-store
Invitations to VIP events
Every time you shop in-store and scan your card, you will be entered into our monthly prize draw to win a £50 Moss & Moor gift card.
Please note: Moor Rewards is an in-store scheme only. Points, prize draw entries and member benefits are earned exclusively through purchases made in our physical store.
Joining Moor Rewards allows us to offer thoughtful rewards, tailored benefits and seasonal surprises.
Your Data
We take your privacy seriously and want you to understand how your information is used.
If you gave consent on your application form, we may use your data including your birth month and year to understand when you visit and make purchases across Moss & Moor. This allows us to personalise rewards, offers and experiences.
From time to time, trusted third party specialists may analyse anonymised spending patterns across departments to help us improve our service. No personal names are disclosed and we never sell your information.
If you did not provide consent, you may still receive occasional updates about promotions, events and seasonal news.
We may contact you by post, email, text or telephone regarding Moss & Moor updates. You may opt out of any channel at any time.
Points Per Pound Scheme
Members earn points on qualifying purchases made in-store when their Moor Rewards card is scanned at the time of transaction. Points cannot be earned through any other channel, including online purchases.
Points are awarded per pound spent on eligible purchases
Points hold no cash value
Points cannot be transferred between members
Points cannot be exchanged for cash or gift vouchers
Points may be redeemed against future rewards as determined by Moss & Moor
Moss & Moor reserves the right to amend earning rates or redemption values at any time
Points are only earned on in-store product purchases
Points must be redeemed in accordance with any applicable reward terms.
Points Refunds
If points are redeemed against the purchase of an item and that item is later returned, the value will be refunded back to the member’s Moor Rewards account in points.
Points used for a transaction:
Will not be refunded as cash
Will not be refunded to card or original payment method
Will only be returned as points
Returned points must be used in accordance with Moor Rewards Terms & Conditions.
Marketing Preferences & Membership Benefits
Moor Rewards is designed to provide personalised offers, rewards and communications.
If a member chooses to unsubscribe from Moor Rewards communications and the Moss & Moor mailing list:
They will no longer receive promotions, offers or rewards
They will no longer receive their birthday gift
They will no longer be eligible for member benefits linked to communication
Members may continue to earn points when shopping in-store. However, access to promotional rewards and surprises will be paused unless they choose to resubscribe.
General Terms
Moor Rewards is promoted exclusively by Moss & Moor Ltd.
Applicants must be aged 18 or over
By applying for or using a Moor Rewards card, you agree to these terms which may be updated over time
Updates will be published on the Moss & Moor website
Moss & Moor reserves the right to withdraw or amend any benefit, reward or offer at any time
Rewards and prizes may be substituted where necessary
Moor Rewards is for individual use only and is not transferable
Members may hold only one card
Cards inactive for 18 months will expire along with any associated points or rewards
Members are responsible for their card
Moss & Moor is not liable for lost or stolen cards
Replacement cards may be issued at Moss & Moor’s discretion
All cards remain the property of Moss & Moor Ltd
Rewards are earned only through qualifying in-store Moss & Moor purchases
Incomplete applications may be declined
Some rewards or promotions may carry additional terms
Moss & Moor may terminate Moor Rewards with three months’ notice via its website
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights.
