Outdoor suitability: The aluminium frames and synthetic wicker can remain outside throughout the year. Cushions are designed for outdoor use during spring and summer but should be stored somewhere dry during cooler months
Cushion drying time: Approximately 20 minutes to two hours after a shower, depending on weather conditions
Furniture care: Remove dust with a soft brush and clean using warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. Avoid abrasive chemicals and pressure washers
Cushion care: Sponge clean only. Do not machine wash or dry clean
Tabletop protection: Use mats and coasters, wipe spills promptly and keep hot objects and barbecue sparks away from the furniture
Moving parts: Check the reclining and table-adjustment mechanisms regularly and lubricate when necessary

Intended use: Residential outdoor use

We deliver across England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Highlands), with delivery costs calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight and destination. Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days, with standard delivery usually taking a further 3–5 working days. Larger items, such as garden furniture, may take a little longer, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date where needed. You can also choose Click & Collect from our Ilkley store.

If you change your mind, most online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving them, with a further 14 days to return unused items, ideally in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply, including plants, perishable and personalised items. Return postage is at your own cost unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
