Cushion drying time: Approximately 20 minutes to two hours after a shower, depending on conditions

Outdoor suitability: The aluminium frames and synthetic wicker may remain outdoors throughout the year; store the cushions somewhere dry during winter

Wicker and frame care: Remove dust regularly with a soft brush and wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Use warm, soapy water when required and avoid harsh chemicals
Cushion care: Sponge clean only. Do not machine wash or dry clean. Cover when not in use and store in a dry place during winter
Surface protection: Use mats and coasters, wipe spills promptly and keep the furniture away from barbecue sparks and hot objects
Moving parts: Check the reclining mechanisms regularly and lubricate when necessary

We deliver across England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Highlands), with delivery costs calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight and destination. Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days, with standard delivery usually taking a further 3–5 working days. Larger items, such as garden furniture, may take a little longer, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date where needed. You can also choose Click & Collect from our Ilkley store.

If you change your mind, most online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving them, with a further 14 days to return unused items, ideally in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply, including plants, perishable and personalised items. Return postage is at your own cost unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
