Outdoor suitability: The aluminium frames and synthetic wicker can remain outdoors throughout the year. Cushions should be stored somewhere dry during cooler months
Furniture care: Remove dust with a soft brush and clean using warm, soapy water and a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals and pressure washers
Cushion care: Sponge clean only. Do not machine wash or dry clean. Cover when not in use and allow them to air-dry fully if wet
Tabletop protection: Use mats and coasters, wipe spills promptly and keep hot objects and barbecue sparks away from the furniture
Parasol care: Lower and store the parasol when it is not in use, and do not use it in windy conditions. Sponge clean the canopy only

Intended use: Residential outdoor use

We deliver across England, Wales and Scotland (excluding the Highlands), with delivery costs calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight and destination. Most orders are dispatched within 2–4 working days, with standard delivery usually taking a further 3–5 working days. Larger items, such as garden furniture, may take a little longer, and we’ll be in touch to arrange a suitable delivery date where needed. You can also choose Click & Collect from our Ilkley store.

If you change your mind, most online orders can be cancelled within 14 days of receiving them, with a further 14 days to return unused items, ideally in their original packaging. Some exclusions apply, including plants, perishable and personalised items. Return postage is at your own cost unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. If your order arrives damaged, please let us know within 48 hours. Once we’ve received and checked your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 working days.
