We are so confident in the quality of our hardy plants, that we are pleased to offer a lifetime guarantee on them.

Replacement or credit note
We will gladly provide a replacement of the same plant, a plant of the same value or a credit note provided that the hardy plant has not been neglected and has been looked after correctly. Simply return the plant, along with proof of purchase or a Moss & Moor plant label.
Which plants are covered?
A hardy plant is one that will withstand a normal winter outside. This guarantee therefore excludes bedding plants, half hardy plants, container grown Christmas Trees and house plants. Please ensure you follow the care instructions and provide extra care in times of extreme weather conditions.

Houseplant Plant Promise
At Moss & Moor, we want you to enjoy your houseplants with confidence. If your plant doesn’t thrive despite proper care, we’ll help you with our 14-day Houseplant Guarantee.
How It Works:
- 14-Day Guarantee: You have 14 days from the date of purchase to return your houseplant.
- Proof of Purchase: Bring proof of purchase or a Moss & Moor plant label when returning the plant.
- What We Offer:
- A replacement of the same plant
- A plant of equal value
- A credit note for the value of your plant
- Care Requirements: Your plant must have received proper care. We cannot accept plants that have been neglected or mistreated.
How to Return Your Plant:
Bring your plant and proof of purchase (or a Moss & Moor plant label) to the store. Our team will assist you with the return and provide a replacement or credit as per the guarantee.
