Gift Card Terms & Conditions

These gift card terms apply to
pounds sterling gift cards purchased at Moss & Moor Ltd, Coutances Way, Ilkley, LS29 7HQ.

Moss & Moor reserves the right to update and change the terms and conditions of our gift cards at any time. This does not affect your
legal rights. 

Use of your Moss & Moor gift card constitutes acceptance of our Terms and Conditions and we therefore recommend you read them carefully. It is your responsibility to check these gift card terms from time to time to ensure you are aware of any changes which may have been made. 

Moss & Moor gift cards remain the property of Moss & Moor who maintains the right to cancel the card in its sole discretion in situations where it is deemed necessary to do so (such as to comply with applicable laws or because of circumstances beyond its control).

The value of your Moss & Moor gift card can only be redeemed in store at Coutances Way, Ilkley, LS29 7HQ.  

The gift card balance cannot be exchanged for cash or redeemed against the purchase of another card.

You can select any amount to load on to your gift card. Gift cards cannot be topped up.

Validity

The gift card will expire 24 months from purchase or last use. Buying a product refreshes the 24-month expiry period. We will not refund any balance remaining and we will invalidate the card. 

A gift card expires automatically once its balance has been exhausted. 

Gift cards may be used to pay for the whole or any part of an in-store purchase, there is no limit on the number of gift cards that may be used in one transaction. We are unable to transfer the balances from multiple gift cards onto a single gift card.

Lost/Stolen/Damaged

You are solely responsible for the safe keeping and security of your gift card. In cases where your Moss & Moor gift card is lost or stolen, Moss & Moor is unable to replace or reimburse the remaining balance on a card. 

Moss & Moor cannot be held responsible for the any balance lost on a Moss & Moor gift card because of theft or fraud. Moss & Moor cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised use.

Should your Moss & Moor gift card become damaged, Moss & Moor will be able to replace the card providing you still have the card in your possession and the necessary details can be obtained.

Refunding items bought using a Moss & Moor gift card

Please retain an expired gift card should you wish to return your purchase. Any goods paid for using a gift card that are subsequently returned will be refunded with a credit note.

If the total to be refunded is more than originally paid using the Moss & Moor gift card, then any remaining refund balance will be refunded to the other method of payment
used by you (i.e., debit/credit card or cash).
 

Data Protection

Personal data relating to your purchase or use of a gift card will be used in accordance with current applicable data protection and privacy legislation and our privacy policy.

Governing Law and jurisdiction

These conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
