Although these cushions are built to weather the elements, we recommend covering them during extended periods of non-use and storing them indoors during winter to extend their lifespan.

Home Delivery

At Moss & Moor, we aim to make your shopping experience seamless. For most mainland UK locations, we deliver all items within 5 working days. If your address is outside mainland UK, additional delivery costs may apply. In such cases, our team will contact you before processing your payment to avoid any surprises.

For larger items like furniture and BBQs, delivery may require palletisation. Pallet deliveries will arrive at the kerbside only. If you prefer a more dedicated service—where items are placed in situ and all packaging is taken away—we offer this at an additional cost. Our warehouse and delivery team can discuss this option with you.

We will contact you within 48 hours of your purchase to arrange a convenient delivery date for bulky items. Please note, local delivery covers anywhere within a 30-mile radius of LS29 7HQ. For deliveries outside this area, please call us for a delivery quote.
