DESIGN YOUR OWN BEE GARDEN COMPETITION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• The Design your own Bee Garden Competition is open to enter from 9.00am on Saturday 27^th May to 4.00pm on Sunday 4^th June
• For a chance to WIN a Prize of your choice (Worth £20) enter a picture of your very own bee garden on the competition form, include your name, age and telephone number and hand to a member of staff on our reception ‘Tree’.
• Entrants must be 16 years or under.
• Only one entry per person.
• The winner will be chosen by our instore team from all valid entries returned to the ‘Tree’ by the close of business on Sunday 4^th June.
• The winner will be contacted direct by telephone by Friday 9^th June
• This prize draw is open to members of the public only and does not include employees of Moss & Moor and members of their families and households.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• We will ask for the permission of the winner to take a Winner’s photograph to be used for Moss & Moor promotional purposes included on social media, digital and instore communication.
• We reserve the right to remove the prize draw at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding the terms, definitions or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Moss & Moor shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• If there is a conflict between these terms and any of the terms and conditions mentioned across other communication channels, these terms will take priority to the extent necessary to resolve any conflict.
