CHARITY RAFFLE – CHANCE TO WIN A MONTREAL

EGG CHAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• For a chance to WIN a ‘Montreal Egg Chair’ in taupe (RRP £399) raffle tickets can be purchased instore at a price of £5 each by completing your name, email, and telephone number on the back of the duplicate raffle ticket that will be retained by Moss & Moor.
• The opportunity to purchase raffle tickets and for a chance to win will begin instore on Monday 27^th June at 9.00am and end on Sunday 10^th July 2022 at 16.00pm.
• There are no restrictions on the amount of raffle tickets purchased.
• Entrants must be 18 or over and based in the UK (or Northern Ireland or Ireland equivalents) to enter.
• All purchased tickets will be entered in to a raffle draw and the winner will be chosen at random on Monday 11^th July.
• The winner will be contacted directed by telephone or email by Friday 15^th
• The winner should confirm within 7 days or the prize will be offered to another entrant following another draw from the original raffle entrants.
• To claim the prize the winning raffle ticket will need to be shown to collect instore.
• All proceeds from the sale of raffle tickets at £5 each will be donated to Martin House Children’s Hospice. Registered Charity Number: 517919
• This prize draw is open to members of the public only and does not include employees of Moss & Moor and members of their families and households.
• This offer cannot be exchanged for cash. 
• We reserve the right to remove the prize draw at any time. In the event of any dispute regarding the terms, definitions or the conduct of this Promotion, the decision of Moss & Moor shall be final, and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
• If there is a conflict between these terms and any of the terms and conditions mentioned across other communication channels, these terms will take priority to the extent necessary to resolve any conflict.
